It Will Make You Laugh August 9, 2008 Every Mom knows how frustrating shopping can be with little ones. Llama Llama mad at Mama tells the shopping experience from a child's point of view, which is no picnic for them either.
In a rhyming story, the tale is told about a Mama that takes her little llama Shopping who would rather stay home and play. I found myself laughing out loud at the little llama's whining.
Great story and one that anyone can relate to, that has ever had to take her little ones shopping. Enjoyable, laughable story for children too. They will love the rhyme and the colorful illustrations.
Love Llama Drama! July 26, 2008 Loved the illustrations! Yes, he does get rewarded in the end for bad behavior, but it's fun!
My 2 year old loves this! July 12, 2008 My 2 year old daughter loves this book! We just got it at the library and we read it over and over again! It presents a very real situation- the kiddo who doesn't want to go shopping with mama- for kids and parents and provides a happy solution/ending. Not only is the rhyming fun and the pictures great but both my daughter and I connect with the story!
Another Great Llama Llama Story! June 13, 2008 We loved the first Llama Llama book, and this one is just as good. For anyone with kids who are impatient in the grocery store, this is a perfect read. Little Llama once again learns to be patient and enjoy spending time with mama Llama. Highly recommended.
Not as good as the first June 9, 2008 We loved Anna Dewdney's first book, but this one didn't quite live up to the same standards. It was just so-so. The story wasn't as good and the pictures didn't seem as lovely as in the first book.Llama, Llama Red Pajama
